Enotecca Pinchiorri is surely the toughest in Florence if not all of Italy. A main Enoteca with loft and series of more casual rooms maintain the feel of a private residence with empire-style antiquities, pink tablecloths and hand carved wooden detailing on ceiling with a chandelier or candelabra never far from sight.
